Our Mission
Hope Reins Foundation strives to enrich the community by affecting positive change in the mental health, personal development, and relationships of local youth, families, and veterans through equine experiences based on the EAGALA and ARCH methods of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning in a beautiful, safe, and experiential setting.
HORSES FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Hope Reins Foundation is an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Program for individuals, family, veterans and corporate groups. This program is based on the EAGALA Model of mental health therapies with horses. Our team consists of the horses, the clients, the mental health professional and the equine specialist. Horses and clients are together in a goal oriented, experiential session where they are freely able to create, explore, and define what changes need to occur within themselves to meet those goals.
